In the Fall TV preview of Entertainment Weekly, they have an Emmy poll, and the only thing that ELR was mentioned for was Supporting Actress: Doris Roberts will win, and Supporting Actor: Brad Garrett will win. It didn't say that they should though, that honor went to Cynthia Nixon and Jeffrey Tambor, respectively.
Also, there was a poll and the results were:
Most overrated actor on television: Winner was Ray Romano (12%)
Best comedy on network TV: Winner: Everybody Loves Raymond (43%) 2nd: Arrested Developement (23%)
Did everybody loves raymond make the right decision by coming back this fall? Yes 97% No 3 %
It also mentioned some upcoming episodes to look forward to: a plotline that involves the guy's seeing Robert's therapist and the return of Ray's in-laws.
I know most of you probably won't care about this, but I was bored and thought I would post it.

Wow, Ray "won" in that category despite getting only 12% of the vote?
Robert has a therapist? I don't remember Robert seeing one in any episode. May be it's Robert and Amy this time who have to go see a marriage counsellor (Ray and Deb's). Bringing back Ray's in-laws (Warren was missing in action in S7 and S8) is definitely a good idea.
Also you heard it first here: Doris will NOT four-peat! Brad or Peter will win the BSAC Emmy.

In "Lateness", Amy mentioned to Robert, "I wish you would see Jacques Greenberg." She asked something like "why can't you just be happier?" Then, in the last scene of "Crazy Chin", doesn't Robert say something about going to a thereapist?

Robert having a therapist is very plausible. Out of all the Barones, he seems to me to be the one that really needs one.

I do not understand Ray being considered over rated. Most watched comedy on TV.
Who were they polling?

The magazine said they were polling different television executives, but it didn't give any specific names.
